Tikka Masala Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8-10 medium Idaho potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 (7-ounce) packet Saffron Road Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
- Chopped cilantro for garnishing
Instructions
- In a bowl mash potatoes with a fork until you have bite size chunks
- Add Saffron Road Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and your melted butter
- With a hand blender, whip until texture is smooth or to your liking
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve
