The Tikka Masala is simply delicious! I've used it with tofu as well as chicken, and I add various vegetables added, and it's always outstanding! I first cook the veggies in large saucepan, then pull them out, then I cook the tofu (or chicken) then I add the sauce and veggies (sometimes I'll add a little milk, or half & half (soy milk great too) and at the end, I'll add fresh basil bits.... it's exceptional everytime!! (some fav veggies, snap peas, onions, bell peppers) Thank you for your many wonderful sauces, you've helped make covid cooking enjoyable and tasty!!! :-)

Saffron Road Tikka Masala simmer sauce is fast, convenient, and tastes great! It makes a weekday evening meal feel like a Sunday dinner. Served up with basmati and naan, it's as good as any sit down Indian restaurant. I highly recommend it. When our local grocer ran out, we ordered a years supply online. We have it at least once a week. My favorite dinner!
I bought this due to a sale and thought we could spice up our cooking routine! I bought some naan to serve with it. My husband was skeptical but willing to give it a go...Needless to say, what a big hit! I'm going back to the store to buy this and more simmer sauces! Keep up the great work!
I bought the Tikka Masala last week and made the easiest dish with onions, cauliflower and green peas. The flavor is complex and the calories are very low per serving. I counsel people on developing healthy-living behaviors and I will definitely recommend these summer sauces. No excuses not to make a healthy meal!
