Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, this email will also include the tracking number for your package to monitor its progress. Â
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.Â
Where do we ship?
Saffron Road currently ships within the continental United States.Â
Purchases may not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses or to any address outside of the continental United States. In addition, Saffron Road cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Saffron Road’s control.
Shipping Methods and Fees
- Expedited Shipping (1-2Â Business Days):Â $19.99
- Standard Shipping (3-6 Business Days):Â $9.99 for orders under $50
- Standard Shipping (3-6 Business Days): Free shipping for orders $50 or more
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@saffronroad.com with your order number and photos of the packaging as well as the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
