Ingredients

Jalapeno cashew cream:

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • half of jalapeno or whole
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • Add small amount pink dragonfruit if want pink color
  • Directions: blend everything until smooth

Cauliflower pizza crust:

  • 2 cups shredded cauliflower
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 8 tbsp water
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup almond meal/flour
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3tbsp garlic powder or 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees
  2. Take your 4 tbsp chia seeds and 8 tbsp of your water - mix well in small bowl and let sit for 5+ min
  3. Take all pizza crust ingredients and mix in a large bowl, knead with hands
  4. Take cauliflower dough and form into pizza crust shape on parchment paper on cooking sheet. How thick or thin pizza crust will determine baking time. Bake for approximately 30-35min, keep an eye out for it after 25min
  5. Once baked let cool for 5-15min
  6. Add cashew cream on top with Saffron Road Bombay Spice Crunchy Chickpeas
