Meat Lovers Korma Pizza
- 1 large or xl pizza shell
- ½ cup of gyro meat
- ½ cup of chicken (seasoned any way you prefer)
- ½ cup of minced meat (cooked & seasoned)
- 1 pkg Saffron Road's Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce
- 21/2 cups of grated Monterey Jack cheese (or more based on your preference)
- Spread Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce on shell evenly and then sprinkle approx. 1 cup of cheese on top.
- Next add all your meats (you can make this a veggie Korma pizza as well by using any veggies of your choice).
- Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 15-20 minutes or until done to your liking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
