Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Salmon (Cubed and Skin Removed)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Saffron Road Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
  • Cilantro
  • Naan
  • Salad/Cabbage
  • Lemon
  • Red Onion
  • Cucumber

Instructions

  1. Sautee 1 lb salmon { cubed and skin removed } in a little olive oil with salt and pepper
  2. After it cooks add the bag of Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes
  3. Top it off with a handful of cilantro.
  4. Serve it with naan, salad cabbage with lemon and salt/pepper, red onion, cucumber and more cilantro
