Butter Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
For the Wraps:
1 package Saffron Road Chicken Butter Chicken
2 pieces garlic naan
1 small tomato, julienned
½ small red onion, julienned
1 mini cucumber, julienned
3-4 leaves butter lettuce
1 lime
For the Yogurt Sauce:
½ cup cilantro, chopped
¼ cup mint leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
3/4 cup full fat yogurt
Instructions:

Prepare Saffron Road Butter Chicken according to the instructions on the package.

While the Butter Chicken cooks, add all yogurt sauce ingredients to a small bowl and stir to combine.

Assemble the wraps by spreading 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt sauce into each piece of garlic naan, then topping with Butter Chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and a squeeze of lime juice.

Carefully roll the wraps using aluminum foil or parchment paper, then slice in half and serve.
