Butter Chicken Wraps

Yields: 2 servings 

Total Time: 10 minutes     

  

Ingredients:    

 

For the Wraps: 

2 pieces garlic naan 

1 small tomato, julienned 

½ small red onion, julienned 

1 mini cucumber, julienned 

3-4 leaves butter lettuce 

1 lime 

 

For the Yogurt Sauce: 

½ cup cilantro, chopped 

¼ cup mint leaves, chopped 

Juice of 1 lime 

½ teaspoon cumin 

½ teaspoon salt 

3/4 cup full fat yogurt 

   

Instructions: 

  1. Prepare Saffron Road Butter Chicken according to the instructions on the package. 

  1. While the Butter Chicken cooks, add all yogurt sauce ingredients to a small bowl and stir to combine. 

  1. Assemble the wraps by spreading 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt sauce into each piece of garlic naan, then topping with Butter Chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and a squeeze of lime juice. 

  1. Carefully roll the wraps using aluminum foil or parchment paper, then slice in half and serve.
