Butter Chicken Naan Pizza with Cilantro Chutney

Cilantro Chutney

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cilantro leaves
  • 1-2 green chili (adjust for desired heat level, deseed for lower heat)
  • 2-3 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2-4 tbsp. cold water (use as little as possible)
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup plain whole milk yogurt

Steps:

Add cilantro, chili, garlic, ginger, cumin, salt, black pepper, sugar, and lemon juice to blender. Blend while slowly adding water just to emulsify, don't thin it out too much. Fold in yogurt.

 

Butter Chicken Naan Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Saffron Road Butter Chicken Frozen Dinner
  • Stonefire Garlic Naan
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced
  • Cilantro chutney

 

Steps:

Pre-heat oven to 400.

Heat Saffron Road Butter Chicken Frozen Dinner according to instructions on box. Spread over Stonefire Garlic Naan. Sprinkle with ½ cup shredded mozzarella and sliced red onion. Bake for 10 min, or until cheese is fully melted and edges of the naan are crispy. Remove from oven, drizzle with cilantro chutney, slice and serve.
