Delicious and so easy!
I’ve had this in my pantry for several weeks and tonight, after deciding I didn’t want more Thanksgiving leftovers, I thawed and peeled about 3/4 lb shrimp and used it with this sauce. Oh my goodness, this might be my new favorite dish! I love that it’s gluten-free, not terribly spicy, and is meant for a non-fussy meal.

Refreshing taste with just the right hint of spice. I've been sauteing chicken slices and then add the Lemongrass Simmer sauce and a can of quartered artichoke hearts and some cooked rice. Delicious! Will try w/ tofu next!
Good with a little hint of spice
Loved the freshness of the lemongrass. Today, combined with sauteed chicken breast chunks and quartered artichoke hearts. Next, I'm going to try to add in canned pears at the end. Would definitely buy again.
I bought this because it was on sale and thought it was worth a try since it looked easy to use and had no terrible ingredients. I made a delicious meal by just sauteing chicken breast and veggies, simmering in the sauce and serving over leftover rice. I'll be buying lots more. Loved the mild flavor, and want to try the other flavors
First time using the lemongrass basil simmer sauce from Saffron Road. Used ir with grilled chicken and my husband had it with grilled veggies. Both were placed over jasmine rice. First bite was interesting and I thought I was not going to like it and my husband is not a lemongrass fan. After the second bite we both agreed that the subtle basil flavor was just right. The combination was perfect. I'm not even going to try to find a recipe for it. I'm just going to keep a couple of pouches in the pantry!
