Refund policy

Due to Saffron Road items being perishable goods, we are unable to offer returns, but we do want to ensure your complete satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at customerservice@saffronroad.com. 

Please include your SaffronRoad.com Order Number, your name and contact information, and any information on the issues you had with your purchased product(s).

If it is determined that a refund is needed, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for your SaffronRoad.com order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@saffronroad.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food) and therefore, we are unable to offer returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
SaffronRoad.com cannot accommodate exchanges at this time.


Refunds
Upon review of your SaffronRoad.com order details and issue(s) experienced, we will notify you once completed, and let you know if a refund is approved to be necessary or not.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 - 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges from the original order.Â
