Nice but not as much spice as I was expecting.
The Thai Mango sauce was fine, but I was disappointed not to find it spicy. Perhaps I put too many other ingredients that drown out taste? Sauteed a chicken breast, 1/2 of a big sweet onion and a red bell pepper. Added in Mango sauce then 1.5 cups of cooked rice. I don't think this is unreasonable for a family of 4. I like the Saffron Road brand but would like to see a bit more spice in this sauce.
I used this for the first time with left over veggies over rice. The flavor is REALLY GOOD!
