If you are not satisfied with your Saffron Road purchase then please send us an email at customerservice@saffronroad.com.  Please include any information on the issues you had with your purchase.  If it is determined that a refund is needed then refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged. We will process your refund request within 3-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. Shipping and handling will NOT be refunded.
