The fact Saffron Road coped with a vegetarian in Mongolia
was truly amazing (even if the restaurants were a little
heavy-handed with the gerkins!). But best of all – the Vodka
was only $4 a bottle!”

of Mongolia is an awesome experience. The land is wide and
beautiful, the Mongolian people are warm and generous.
Best holiday/journey ever. The accommodation in traditional gers was
unexpectedly comfortable, the food excellent and the bikes
quite something else - beats travelling in a bus. I had a
great time.
